Author: Michele
Servings: 1 serving
A beautiful, tasty alcohol-free beverage for your next celebration - or just because - this mocktail is sure to become a favorite. Paleo, Whole30, and AIP friendly
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Blood Orange Juice (about 1 orange (you can also use a regular orange as well))
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water ( or plain Kombucha)
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

For the optional garnish:

  • 1 spring Rosemary
  • 1 slice Orange
  • Coarse Sea Salt
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients together into a cup and serve with some ice.
  • Optional: Salt the rim of your glass by dipping it in lime juice and then in coarse sea salt. Garnish with rosemary and a slice of orange.

Notes

If you want to bring this somewhere, I recommend transporting it without ice and then adding the ice just before serving. Otherwise it gets pretty watered down!
