Banana Milk (Paleo, Whole30, AIP)

Author: Michele
Servings: 1 cup
If you need an AIP coconut milk substitute, this alternative works well in many situations. This banana milk takes a minute to make and tastes great! (Also Paleo and Whole30)

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 to 2 cups Water
  • 1 Date or 1 tsp Maple Syrup (to sweeten (omit for Whole30))
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon (optional)
