Cinnamon Apple Snack (Paleo, AIP, Whole30)

Desiring a quick (like 1-minute) snack that will satisfy a slight sweet-tooth but with no added sugars? These cinnamon apple slices with coconut butter fit that bill!
- 1 Apple
- pinch Cinnamon
- 1 to 2 tbsp Coconut Butter
Slice the apple into thin half-moons.
Melt the coconut butter in the microwave (just a few seconds is needed) or in a pan filled with hot water.
Sprinkle the apple slices with the cinnamon and then drizzle with coconut butter. Serve!
