Tuna Salad Bites (Paleo, Whole30, AIP)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chunk Tuna (packed in water and drained)
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Olives (Kalamata, Black, or Green)
  • 1 small Zucchini or Cucumber 

Instructions
 

  • Cut the zucchini or cucumber into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, parsley, and sea salt with a fork until combined, breaking the tuna up as you mix
  • Top the zucchini/cucumber with some of the tuna mixture and then an olive or two. Serve!
