Whipped Cinnamon Honey Almond Butter

This delicious Paleo, gluten-free, and vegetarian whipped almond butter is sure to please! It's a lovely topping for pancakes or bread or to eat just by the spoonful. Give it as a gift or eat it on your pancakes or bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Palm Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter (or any nut or seed butter would work)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together using a hand mixer or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 month.
