AH-MAZING PALEO PRODUCTS

I often get asked where I get the Paleo and gluten-free products I use and what they are. I decided to compile them all in one place – I'll eventually expand this into a much more comprehensive resources section, but for now this should get you started. These are only products we personally use and love and I am an affiliate for many of them. I explain why I love them as well!

Primal Palate Spices

Primal Palate Spices

I LOVE these spices by Bill and Hayley of the Primal Palate blog. The adobo spice… OMG. So good on pretty much everything from a filet of cod to diced potatoes for breakfast.  From their website: These are the highest quality spices available. Period. Our spices are certified USDA-Organic, Whole30 Approved, Certified Gluten-Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, and Non-Irradiated.
Kettle & Fire Bone Broth

Kettle & Fire Bone Broth

This is the ONLY boxed, pre-made broth I've ever found that actually gels. That's because it's made by simmering bones with a bunch of aromatics (like you are supposed to) instead of undesirable meat parts like most boxed broths. This means MUCH more collagen, which helps your joints and helps heal your gut. You'd have to drink like a ton of the other boxed stuff to get the same nutrition as this. Plus it tastes good.
Perfect Supplements Gelatin

Perfect Supplements Gelatin

I used to use another brand's gelatin until I discovered this one, and I love this one the best because (a) it doesn't smell like disgusting cow hoof,  (b) it dissolves really well, and (c) it is from grass-fed, pastured cows. Use code THRIVING10 for 10% off your purchase.
Paleo Treats

Paleo Treats

Paleo Treats were one of the first things I discovered when I went grain-free and I keep going back to them because they are delicious and perfect for keeping in your freezer for those times when you NEED a dessert. You know, like when the rest of the office is having a party or your kid got invited to a birthday party and you don't have time to bake? I've even been known to stick one in a soft-sided cooler on a long mountain hike and eat it in celebration at the top 🙂
Primal Life Organics

Primal Life Organics

Ever since my mom died of skin cancer, I've been adamant about using skin care that doesn't contain chemicals that I feel are literally poisoning me. Our skin is our biggest organ and absorbs a lot of what we put on it directly into the bloodstream. I figure why spend all this time and effort eating so cleanly and then reversing it by putting toxins on my body. So that's why I use Primal Life Organics. Super clean and in my opinion, works better than the toxic stuff anyway! Try the C-ex Serum. Better than any expensive anti-aging cream out there!

Paleo On the Go

When you are busy, one of the first things to slide is your healthy eating/diet, right? That's why I love this – it's a meal service that delivers frozen pre-made Paleo meals straight to your door and can accommodate so many variations of the Paleo diet as well (like AIP, Whole30, Sugar Detox, etc). Plus these meals are delicious y'all! I use them as emergency backup for when I need a meal – maybe we planned on going out to dinner but plans fell through. Or that game went a biiiit longer than we had planned and now there's no time to make dinner. Things like that. But there are so many reasons to try this (like maybe you hate cooking? or you are the only on on Paleo?). Use code TOP15 to get a $15 off your first order.

Thrive Market

Thrive Market

Ok, so I had seen Thrive Market around for so long before I ever joined, mainly because it seemed too good to be true. But no, it's really that good. It's like the Costco of Paleo and gluten-free food items and I've found so many things so much cheaper here than anywhere else. All pantry-type dry goods that are typically pretty difficult to find in your local grocery store but are a part of a normal Paleo diet.
