You may be wondering why I don't offer refunds. Well, I figure the monthly fee for the membership site is only $14.99. That's a pretty low price point for all I am offering in my membership site. Other sites that give this sort of support and content charge well over $30-$50 a month. But I want to make it accessible to more people, so I set a low price point to be able to help and inspire more people. I put a LOT (OMG, sooooo much) effort into making this site available, and there is quite a lot of content available to you right off the bat (like what others might charge in the multi-hundreds for), so I think charging for at least once month is a fair deal.
If you are unhappy with the site you can simply cancel and you won't be charged again. At that point you will be removed as a customer and no further need to worry. However, if you are blazing, really red hot mad and absolutely really extremely need a refund, just write me at [email protected] and I'll work with you (partly because I want to know what is making you so mad so I can fix it!).
