I'm a Certified Primal Health Coach and Certified AIP Coach (Autoimmune Paleo Protocol), so let's work together on getting you on a Paleo, Primal, Whole30, or AIP diet to get your symptoms under control and get your quality of life back!

With THRIVING ON PALEO HEALTH COACHING, we'll dive into your health history, figure out the best dietary style for you to follow, and figure out the best way for you to get it done.

Initial consultations are a chance for you to share a little of your history, your amazing personality, and goals, and for me to explain specific program offerings more in-depth. In a nutshell, health coaching is a highly customized way of getting one-on-one personal attention to help you feel better. 

Your doc barely has 15 minutes to speak to you, and even then probably could care less about teaching you what you should be on the lookout for or how to go about feeling better, unless it involves a drug that probably has multiple side effects.

A health coach, on the other hand, is like a friend who has been through it all before and can be a shoulder to lean on (or cry on), someone who teaches you why things work and don't, how to best implement a diet and lifestyle program to make you feel your very best, and to help you to become your own health advocate - asking the right questions of your doc and how to approach your diet/lifestyle with friends and loved ones.

Plus we keep you accountable. That right there is one of the biggest reasons people hire a coach. It's MUCH harder to sneak in that Snickers bar when you've invested your time and money in a coach.

A super focused session on topics of your choice. Perhaps you don't need a full-on package and just have some questions you need answers to or want some basic guidance on how to proceed. Let's chat!

This package is perfect for you if you're just looking to do a 30-day reset (like a Whole30 or strict 30 days of Paleo) or are a complete restricted diet beginner and just want to dip your toes into the world of using food and lifestyle changes to feel better. A lot can be done in 30 days and you'll be amazed at how fantastic you can feel!  

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:  

•One (1) One-hour Initial Consultation by video chat or phone where we'll go over your health history, challenges, and goals and come up with a basic plan for the 30 days.  

•Two (2) One-hour Follow-up Consultations where we'll address any issues that you might be having, questions you might need answered, and get some inspiration and motivation to continue.  

•Personalized plan complete with lifestyle recommendations  

•Interim Email Support  

•Handouts  

•Full set of session notes

Revive (3-month Journey)

This package is perfect for you if you're experiencing symptoms from autoimmune disease that are affecting your quality of life. You'll get customized guidance through your healing journey, including what dietary style to use, how to best implement it for your personality, help to identify questions or labs to request from your doctor, and personalized support for whatever issues may crop up during your journey. If you use the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol (AIP diet) as your dietary style, this will include the full transition to this diet, at least a 30-day elimination period, and at least a few reintroductions (depending on your healing progress).  

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:  

•One (1) One-hour Initial Consultation by video chat or phone where we'll go over your health history, challenges, and goals and come up with a basic plan for the 3 months  

•Twelve (12) 30-minute Follow-up Consultations where we'll address any issues that you might be having, questions you might need answered, and get some inspiration and motivation to continue.

Thrive (6-month journey)

This package is perfect for you if you're new to using diet and lifestyle for autoimmune conditions, know this is the route you want to take, yet aren't quite ready to go all the way into Autoimmune Paleo (AIP diet). Perhaps you're still eating a standard American diet and need help transitioning first to a gluten-free diet. Then to Paleo. Then maybe to AIP or first a Whole30. I'll be here for you every step of the way, teaching you what to look out for, how to best implement the diets for your lifestyle and specific needs, and to navigate your way to feeling better than you have in years (maybe ever!). You'll get customized guidance through your healing journey, help to identify questions or labs to request from your doctor, and personalized support for whatever issues may crop up during your journey.

About Michele

Michele Spring

Michele became a health coach after suffering for eight years with what her doctor diagnosed as "hypothyroidism". Even though her symptoms kept her suffering, her doc didn't have any answers other than to just take the medication he'd prescribed.

In 2014, after feeling utterly exhausted and defeated, Michele learned from another doc that she had 2 autoimmune diseases - Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Celiac Disease and turned to diet and lifestyle to help feel better. Using the Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) protocol and then strict Paleo, she found herself feeling better than she had in over 15 years and every single symptom she'd had for years went away. 

Knowing that many people are going through the same thing she did, Michele got her health coaching certification so she can help guide others through this often overwhelming - but extremely rewarding journey.
